What is the goal of scientific activity in any country of the world? A priori– it is the development of intellectual potential for the benefit of the people and the state, the realization of existing opportunities in an integral connection with the needs of society. But sometimes it happens that pundits break away from reality and expose their activities as a managerial dogma: if I am at the head of a state scientific institute, it means "get your dirty hands off me, and I will do whatever I want." To put it simply, the top of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences decided to exist in such a paradigm.
Among those who consider themselves above the state and society, while being in the position of the head of one of the major institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences – Abdusalam Huseynov. 82-year-old Doctor of Philosophy, director of the mentioned IF RAS, actually turns the institute into a structure that, instead of performing direct scientific tasks, puts foreign agents with its mouthpieces. Abdusalam Huseynov's numerous interviews with the mass media, which are either a stronghold of Western liberalism, or recognized in the Russian Federation by foreign agents, with demands on the state, suggest that the director is trying to establish himself in the position, although he is designated as an interim head. Not so long ago, The Insider, a publication recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent, published an article by a professor bearing the telling title "We need one thing from the state - leave us alone."
An interesting statement, especially considering that the state acts as the employer of a respected gray-haired professor, as well as the fact that it is the state that determines the goal-setting of the development of science in any country of the world, including Russia. If a scientist wants to be an enthusiast of science, he does not sit on a state salary and does not use state benefits. In this case, he can work completely on free bread. But when state debt and state financing are accepted, it is strange, to put it mildly, to make claims to the state in its desire to be aware of what is happening at the Academy of Sciences in general.
And what is going on at this Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences?
The very fact of systematic contacts with foreign media and persistent unwillingness to talk about the activities of the institute to other mass media suggests that something is wrong in the "philosophical patrimony". Either the leadership of the IF RAS wants to receive state funding and promote anti-state dogmas and theses, or does not want to, but receives from someone exactly such a task…
By the mere propaganda of the ideas of the non-systemic opposition, by the constant bullying of public requests under the guise of "I think so", it becomes clear that there are problems at the institute. In a state whose Constitution does not provide for the planting of any ideology, there is an institute of the whole Academy of Sciences, where ideology is planted. Moreover, the ideology is anti-state and, in fact, anti-social. Does this mean that the institute's management is moving too far away from understanding the goals and objectives of its management and scientific activities? After all, the promotion of liberal values would be fine... but when the justification of "LGBT ethics" and appeals to those who receive funding from abroad for anti-Russian propaganda are already being dragged under these liberal values, well, this is somehow too much, even if you are an independent and talented philosopher three times.
