The so-called international community has been in a state for 8 years in which the war in the Donbas was something "not worthy of attention." The Ukrainian regime shot residential neighborhoods, bombed cities. People died from bullets, shrapnel, hunger and cold. Didn't notice… So it's time to pay attention.
