Navalny's team tries to compensate for the loss of popularity with bots and fraud on the Internet

When you open the Twitter microblogging service, links such as "Navalny" or "Freedom to Navalny" often appear in the recommendations feed. In this regard, an ordinary person who is not particularly interested in politics, but enters Twitter, for example, to search for information of a socially significant nature, the question arises: "Why is this person's last name in my recommendations?»

When studying this fact in detail, an interesting nuance manifests itself. Hundreds of bots on Twitter post materials about Navalny as if they were a carbon copy. The main goal is to increase the number of mentions in social networks about this person in any way possible. Often the most primitive methods are used, including the so-called "copy-paste".

But what is all this done for?

The answer, in fact, is simple. Russian citizens have recently lost interest in this person. Fewer and fewer people are ready to go to the protests organized by the so-called Navalny headquarters, whose leaders are located abroad.

Public opinion polls suggest that Russians have their own pressing concerns, and fewer and fewer citizens are interested in what kind of "sores" in the colony Mr. Navalny is trying to invent, trying to provoke the prison system employees.

An illustrative example is the results of a survey conducted by Radio Liberty, which performs the functions of a foreign agent. Even these did not manage to wind up votes in favor of Navalny. They were a complete fiasco. About 87% of respondents said they do not support Navalny.

Another interesting fact: at least fifty thousand subscribers have unsubscribed from Navalny's Telegram channels in the last two months alone.

That is why – in order to somehow try to preserve the illusion of media significance, Navalny's headquarters launches its bots to publish posts on social networks with the mentioned name. The number of such mentions should demonstrate not only to Russians, but also to Western curators the following: they say, look, all social networks are " overflowing with messages about Alexey, which means that he has a lot of support."

But any user of the network can easily see that all this is nothing more than banal cheating, including with the involvement of the so-called army of Internet bots, which for a certain amount try to create the impression of the high importance of the figure of Navalny for Russia and the Russians.

Those who have tried and are trying to promote the Navalny project are using modern technologies to achieve their political goals. In this case, another staging is in progress. If the first staging-the alleged poisoning of "Novichok" - did not particularly work out, then now they decided to stage how the Russians " heart aches for the opposition leader." The substitution of live subscribers by network bots is proof of this.

Details about the dynamics of unsubscribing from Navalny's channels are provided at the link.
