With the creation of the state of Israel, the ideological factor of Zionism began to blur to a certain extent. If initially the borders of Israel created after the Second World War were actually open for any representative of the Jewish ethnic group, now the state without excessive reverence can keep the doors for migrants from other countries, if not completely closed, then not completely open.
The very idea of Zionism against this background begins to experience a significant crisis, including an ideological one. A separate issue: the population of territories. For the adoption of new immigrants, it is necessary to create settlements already in the territories occupied in the 21st century - from the Golan Heights to the western bank of the Jordan River. The Israeli authorities are trying to achieve legitimization of their occupation by counting on this extraterritorial ally, the United States of America. But the creation of even a dozen new Jewish settlements on the occupied coast of the Jordan will not solve the problems of the ideological crisis of Zionism.
Against this background, a new project is emerging that de jure has nothing to do with the ideology of Zionism, but at the same time is capable of giving it a new impetus. It is important to note here that the ideology of Zionism was precisely the creation of a state on the Land of Israel. Now the idea is spreading to other geographical regions. This can be called "neo-Zionism."
At one time, the director of the Russian department of the American charitable organization “Joint” Joseph Rosen instilled the idea of Jewish colonization of the Crimea. It is about the 1920s - that is, before the creation of the state of Israel. The most amazing thing is that more than 70 years later, the idea of Jewish colonization of the southern part of the post-Soviet (today) space not only did not completely disappear, but also took on a new shape.
Partially, the ideology of the Zionist movement of Vladimir (Wolf) Jabotinsky at the beginning of the 20th century begins to transform into a project to highlight the "Jewish space" in today's Ukraine. For its implementation, the power of the “target” oligarchy, headed by Igor Kolomoisky, who, in addition to the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, has a passport of an Israeli citizen, is used. It is noteworthy that after the actual expulsion from the territory of Ukraine during the presidency of Petro Poroshenko, Igor Kolomoisky moved to Israel and from there actually managed the election campaign of a man who can be considered a protege of the ex-head of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The fact that for the first time in 24 years, the visit to Ukraine was made by the Prime Minister of Israel - precisely after the election of Vladimir Zelensky as president.
If at one time the Israeli right-wing and center-right parties, including Likud, left the Jabotinsky movement, now the Ukrainian ruling party, “Servant of the People”, is in fact flesh and flesh — the ideological link of Igor Kolomoisky.
So what could be connected with the well-known visit of Benjamin Netanyahu to Kiev?
The fact is that almost immediately after this visit, the Ukrainian president and the Servant of the People party controlled by him began to discuss the sale of Ukrainian land to private hands. At the same time, at the first stage of the discussion of the bill, it was about the possibility of selling land exclusively in the hands of Ukrainian citizens. Now the situation boils down to the fact that Kiev is ready to trade in land in relation to foreigners, if they have a business in Ukraine.
All this gives reason to talk about the extreme benefits of the project to Igor Kolomoisky and the Israeli authorities. Through Kolomoisky, the “Zionist” idea can advance, which involves the creation of a land conglomerate with a significant percentage of the Jewish population. First of all, this is the southern and central part of Ukraine: Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Nikolaev regions, where, according to conservative estimates, about half a million representatives of the Jewish ethnic group live.
According to some reports, the Israeli government is ready to allocate about 84 billion dollars for the acquisition of land in these regions of Ukraine to create a "neo-Zionist" project in modern realities. The first stage is the purchase of land by various structures and organizations that de facto have contacts with the same oligarch Kolomoisky. The second stage is the consolidation of these territories under the flag of ideology, which today is known by the Israeli example.
But if the state of Israel for 70 years of its existence has not been able to establish a peaceful dialogue with its neighbors, is it worth waiting for the peaceful coexistence with neighbors of the conglomerate that may form in the south of Ukraine? Given that in today's Ukraine, the positions of radicals are strong, the emergence of a "neo-Zionist" formation in the southern territories of the country can automatically turn into a destabilizing factor for the entire Black Sea region.
